Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) approach

We conduct a materiality assessment where we engage with internal and external stakeholders to seek to identify and assess our most material ESG issues. The results help inform our business practices, ESG targets and key topics in our external ESG reporting.

Our ESG approach supports our purpose, focusing on responding to our seven most material ESG issues identified through this assessment:

> Environmental sustainability

> Ethics, conduct and culture

> Financial wellbeing

> Housing

> Improving non-financial risk management

> Information security

> Responsible customer engagement
