Bank@Post – Banking with ANZ at Australia Post

Bank@Post for ANZ customers

Bank@Post is a secure service provided by Australia Post that enables ANZ customers to perform basic banking transactions at over 3,300 participating Post Offices across Australia.

ANZ customers with Visa Debit cards can:

  • Deposit cash (up to $8000 per transaction)
  • Withdraw money (up to $2000 per transaction subject to daily withdrawal limits)
  • Check account balance

Bank@Post for ANZ Access Visa Debit, ANZ Plus Visa Debit and ANZ Business Visa Debit card holders will be rolled out progressively at participating Post Offices from 10 December 2025.

ANZ’s Bank@Post services are covered by the Banking Code of Practice 

How it works

You can easily and securely deposit and withdraw cash at Bank@Post locations during regular business hours.

Bring your ANZ Access Visa Debit, ANZ Plus Visa Debit or ANZ Business Visa Debit card to a participating Post Office and input your PIN to complete the transactions above.

Other information

Some transactions are not available to ANZ customers through Bank@Post:

  • Tap option for any banking transaction
  • Wallet transactions
  • Credit card transactions
  • Passbook transactions
  • Cheque deposits
  • Business barcode deposits

This service is available in metro, rural and regional Australia.
