Payments taken directly from your Commercial Card Account on a periodic basis are called recurring payments. If you or a cardholder want to cancel a recurring payment, this must be done by contacting the merchant (for example: utility bills, accounting software provider etc.) to arrange another payment option or to cancel the recurring payment all together.
If the merchant does not agree to process your request, you can dispute a transaction. You’ll need to wait until the payment has been processed. You may also need to show proof that you had previously contacted the merchant to cancel the recurring payment.
Option 1: Within ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business, choose 'Lodge a transaction dispute' from your credit card's Account overview and follow the steps.
