Our fraud detection technology, ANZ Falcon®, keeps a watchful eye over your banking activity to learn the difference between you and fraud. By analysing your banking behaviour, it can recognise, flag and identify suspicious transactions.
Multi-factor authorisation
Verify transactions with an SMS one-time passcode, Voice ID or ANZ Shield. For ANZ Plus accounts, two-step security is via the ANZ Plus app, using your Access PIN or biometrics like Selfie ID.
24-hour immediate support
Our Customer Protection Team is available 24/7. Please contact them if you notice a suspicious transaction on your account or if you think your banking details have been compromised.
Automatic time-outs
If you forget to log out of online banking, we’ll automatically time-out your session, to avoid your banking details getting into the wrong hands.
