Supporting customers in our branches

Sometimes our customers want to see a friendly face and do their banking in person. That's where people in our branches come in.

  • Banking Consultants provide a seamless branch experience across transaction activities and educating customers on digital solutions
  • Branch Managers lead and empower teams to deliver great customer experiences

Home and investment lending

Our high-performing lending specialists work across various locations in Australia to support customers to save for, buy and own a home or investment property.

Whether starting out or building on extensive lending experience, all our lending specialists coach customers through the home loan journey to help them achieve their dreams. They’re also part of a supportive network that helps them progress and grow their career.

Our teams of ANZ Plus Coaches provide ANZ Plus customers personalised support to grow their financial wellbeing and digital confidence. They’re passionate about coaching customers to develop and follow their own financial path and do this by:

  • Engaging customers via digital channels and in some of our branches
  • Coaching customers on how to use the ANZ Plus app
  • Helping customers adopt habits to improve their financial wellbeing.

Building and delivering great products

Our everyday banking and home loan product teams provide simple and innovative products and services. Their work helps millions of customers to:

  • Save for what’s important to them
  • Pay for things they need through transaction accounts and credit cards
  • Protect what matters against the unexpected with superannuation and insurance
  • Have a great home loan experience.

Customer Service Operations

Our global operations teams are at the centre of ensuring our customers have the best ANZ experience possible. Dedicated and expert teams provide:

  • Fair treatment of customers through effective complaint resolution and remediation
  • Credit assessment, document fulfillment and property settlement
  • Protection for customers and ANZ from scam and fraud attempts
  • Assistance for customers in arrears or experiencing financial hardship.
