What should I do if my account is locked?
If your account is locked, you should receive an SMS with more information. To unlock your account, you'll need to get in touch with us using the contact details in the SMS. They’ll get you back up and running as quickly and securely as possible.
If you have activated Digital Padlock, you'll need to open your ANZ Plus app and get in touch with us right away. ANZ will only deactivate the Digital Padlock after receiving instructions from you and confirming it’s safe to do so.
