What is ConnectID?
ConnectID® is a Digital Identity system that lets customers securely share some of their personal data held by trusted organisations, like ANZ Plus, with accredited third parties.
With ConnectID, you could share things like:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Residential address
- Date of birth
- Eligible bank account details
If you've previously shared data with an accredited third party using ConnectID, you may also be able to use ConnectID to authenticate yourself with that accredited third party, without re-sharing your personal data.
You’re in control of what data you share using ConnectID, and we won’t share your data through ConnectID without your consent.
Any data you share is shared directly with the third party, so ConnectID will never see or store your personal information at any time.
