How do I create or manage a PayID?

You can create a PayID® by linking your email address or mobile number to your eligible ANZ Plus deposit account¹, and use it to receive payments instead of your account details.

To create a PayID in the ANZ Plus app:

1. Go to the Profile icon.
2. Tap on Payment Settings.
3. Tap on PayID®.
4. Tap on Register beside your mobile number or email address and follow the prompts. If you have another eligible ANZ Plus deposit account¹, you'll be able to change the linked account.

If you want to change the linked account after you've created your PayID, you'll need to deregister your PayID first and then follow the steps above to create a PayID and select your preferred account.

If your mobile number or email address is already linked to another ANZ account or an account with another bank, you may need to go to your other bank or app to transfer it to ANZ Plus.
