How do I reset my card PIN?

If you've forgotten your card PIN, just go to the Card icon, tap on Change Card PIN and follow the prompts to set a new PIN. Just be mindful that it can take a few minutes for the change to take effect.

Changing the PIN for your Joint Debit card won’t affect your plus one’s card.

When you’re using an ATM, entering your card PIN incorrectly multiple times can result in your card being temporarily blocked or even captured by the ATM.

So if you're struggling to remember your PIN, you can always cancel the withdrawal or deposit and update your PIN in-app before trying again.
