How do I replace a lost or damaged card?
If your card is lost, damaged or no longer working, you can order a new card in the app.
If your card is lost or stolen:
- Go to the Card icon.
- Tap on Cancel and Replace Card and follow the prompts.
If you think you've misplaced your card you can also lock it in the app:
- Go to the Card icon.
- Tap on Lock.
To re-issue a damaged card:
- Go to the Card icon.
- Tap on Replace Damaged Card and follow the prompts.
Have more than one ANZ Plus Everyday account?
If you have more than one ANZ Plus Everyday account, including Joint ANZ Plus Everyday accounts, you may need to swipe through your cards to find the card you're looking for.
Replacing a Joint ANZ Plus card
If you’re replacing a Joint ANZ Plus card, ordering a new card won’t affect the other account holder’s card.
